  7. Do you mean the VTASC playback comes from an anim file render or are you 
  8. just unable to save IFF's to that particular drive?

  10. Please be more specific if Lightwave 3.9 is writing off a ham-style anim 
  11. that is then translated (which would look very bad compared to the PAR) 
  12. or if it is writing to VTASC directly.

  14. I am under the impression that Tpaint 4.0 is planned to have the ability 
  15. to load and save VTASC and allow for translating...

  17. Rendering straight to VTASC would be the cleanest path 
  18. to take.  I would hope an option to save to VTASC would be available, 
  19. but if not - Tpaint 4.0 should be the slow way to accomplish what you 
  20. want, if NewTek delivers the goods.

  22. BTW - I wonder if any of the beta testers have code that successfully 
  23. loads VTASC directly into lightwave yet...  I heard from another thread 
  24. that the feature is not functioning in v 3.9...
